As other's well know Costco's customer service and return policy are second to none. In addition my television delivery was a shit show and I offered feedback to Costco and they immediately refunded my initial membership fee without me asking. I joined to get a $1500 dollar TV that was reduced by $200 as well as the bonus dollar rebates which more then paid for my membership. I've never used anything but the self checkout and I regularly buy very few items. Maybe it's different if you go through GROUPON.īut then you'd be 6ish months (Nov 2022 - May 2023) without Costco access I don't know why but I want to say that I have read in this sub before that once your a member your never a new member again.
